Yes — for any treatment involving tint or lamination products, a patch test is required at least 24–48 hours before your first appointment, and periodically thereafter. This protects you against rare allergic reactions. Our booking system will flag if you are due one.

How long does brow lamination last?

Brow lamination typically lasts between 6 and 8 weeks depending on your natural hair cycle and aftercare. We recommend a maintenance appointment to keep your brows looking their best.

Why is a deposit required to book?

A small deposit secures your appointment and is deducted from your final treatment price. It helps us reduce no-shows so we can offer reliable availability to all of our clients. Deposits are refundable when you cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice.

Can I get a treatment while pregnant or breastfeeding?

Many brow treatments are considered low risk, but skin sensitivity can change during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Please disclose this in your consultation form and we will advise on the safest options, which may include a fresh patch test.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?

You can reschedule or cancel anytime from your confirmation email or client portal. Cancellations with at least 48 hours’ notice are eligible for a deposit refund or transfer. Inside 48 hours the deposit is retained.
